Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By inviting, configuring, or interacting with Referee ("the Bot") within any Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must remove the Bot from your server immediately. These terms apply to all server owners, administrators, moderators, and end-users.

2. Compliance with Discord Terms

Users must adhere to all official Discord Terms of Service and Discord Community Guidelines while using Referee. Any use of the Bot to violate Discord's official platform rules will result in an immediate and permanent ban from using Referee across all servers.

3. Age & Account Eligibility

You confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement established by Discord for your country or region. By using the Bot, you represent that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this agreement.

4. Acceptable Use & Restrictions

When using Referee, you explicitly agree not to:

Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass security features of the Bot.
Use automated scripts, self-bots, or spam mechanisms to flood command inputs or rate-limit the service.
Use the Bot to harass, abuse, threaten, or distribute malicious content to other users or servers.
Intentionally trigger bugs or vulnerabilities that alter intended bot behavior or cause system instability.

5. Service Availability & Modifications

Referee is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The developer (Swift7) makes no guarantees regarding continuous uptime, operational availability, or error-free performance. We reserve the right to modify, pause, update, or permanently discontinue the Bot or any of its specific features at any time without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Referee, Swift7, or its affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the Bot. This includes, but is not limited to, unhandled moderation actions, accidental kicks/bans, loss of server configuration data, security breaches caused by misconfigured permissions, or server disruptions during outages.

7. Termination & Access Bans

We reserve the right to blacklist any user, server owner, or entire Discord guild from accessing or inviting Referee at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violating these Terms or engaging in disruptive behavior.

8. Swift7 website

The Swift7 website (including dashboards, docs, premium checkout, and account linking) is part of the same project. There is no site password — Discord is used to sign in. Do not attempt to break, scrape, or impersonate Swift7, Referee, or other users. Premium purchases are handled by Whop; their terms apply to payment.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Bot following any posted updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 2026

1. Information We Collect

To deliver core moderation and automated features, Referee processes and temporarily caches minimal data provided directly via the Discord API, including:

Discord Identifiers: Guild/Server IDs, Channel IDs, Role IDs, and User IDs.
Configuration Data: Live staff directory mappings, moderation thresholds, and channel log assignments.
Action Logs: Modlog records (warns, mutes, kicks, bans) required for server moderation enforcement.

2. How We Use Data

Collected data is strictly utilized for core service functionality, such as verifying administrator permissions, maintaining moderation logs, executing punishment actions, and protecting servers against spam attacks. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or share user data with advertising companies or third parties.

3. Message Content & Temporary Storage

Message content processed by Referee for automated chat filtering (e.g., link blocking, profanity checks, or spam detection) is evaluated strictly in temporary volatile RAM memory and discarded instantly upon evaluation. We do not maintain permanent storage of personal message contents or chat histories.

4. Data Security

Reasonable technological safeguards are maintained to protect stored configuration settings and moderation records against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no internet-based service is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

5. Data Retention & Removal Requests

When Referee is removed or kicked from a Discord server, all associated active server configuration data is queued for automatic deletion from our active systems. If you wish to request manual deletion of your user moderation logs or account information, you can submit a request directly by reaching out to @sswiftgd on Discord.

6. Bot Protection & Cloudflare Turnstile

To defend our website, API, and web dashboard from automated attacks, credential stuffing, and spam bots, we utilize Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile evaluates non-invasive browser telemetry and connection data to verify genuine human users without harvesting personal identifying information. The collection and processing of this verification data are governed by the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

7. Swift7 website data

The website may store Discord user ids and usernames for login, premium role assignment, and Rocket League linking. We do not ask for Discord or Google passwords on Swift7. Payment details go to Whop, not to us.

8. Privacy Policy Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our bot features or legal requirements. Updates will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
